My dad has been at Southgate Senior Living for a few years. They treat him like family. He has made a lot of friends there and always enjoys the activities. The building is very clean and the director has made great strides to improve the building. I love Southgate and the staff. The nurses are by far the best. Kate even dances with my dad which makes him smile every time. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Memory Care
Southgate Assisted & Senior Living is designed to provide a home-like ambiance within a secured setting (separated from the rest of the facility), designed specifically for community members with memory impairment or those needing a managed care environment.
Amenities include:
- 24/7 memory care and assistance from trained dementia and Alzheimer’s staff
- Medication management and administration
- Delicious and nutritional menus developed by a professional chef and dietitian to meet all dietary needs and help stimulate the appetite
- A life enrichment program offering opportunities for overall wellbeing,

We toured here last week and couldn’t be more impressed. We immediately felt at home with the warm, friendly, and enthusiastic staff. The residents needs are addressed on an individual basis. My mother has decided to delay moving into the assisted living phase of her life, but when the time comes we would feel so secure having her here!
There is a amazing feeling at Southgate Assisted living. Right when you walk in there and meet the staff and walk the halls you feel like it could be a home away from home. I would recommend this property to anybody that is looking for a 5 star service and care property.

How do members get around outside the community?
Here at Southgate, we want to help you live life on your terms! We have community vehicles ready for scheduled medical visits and for group activity transportation all around the area. We can also help you schedule third party transportation. You have your own parking spot if needed and can come and go from our secure, gated community as needed. Plus, visits with family and friends are always welcome when allowed by current health and safety regulations.
