Independent Living.
These types of communities are essentially 55+ neighborhoods that combine practicality with fun. Seniors at independent living communities still maintain all of their independence, but in a safe, secure, and supportive environment with an active social life and tons of amenities. It’s like living at a resort, every day!
Assisted Living.
Assisted Living is often offered within independent living communities, and simply means an additional level of care provided. Seniors still live in their own apartments and maintain as much independence as they can. In some communities, seniors don’t even need to move apartments to transition from independent living to assisted living. They receive staff support for any activities of daily living that they may need assistance with. This can include help with mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, medication management, etc. All the fun amenities and social activities of Independent Living are also a part of Assisted Living.
Memory Care.
For seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory loss, or other cognitive issues, Memory Care is here to help. Communities with Memory Care use our award-winning Apollo memory care program, which provides a personalized approach to each person’s individual needs. Memory Care areas are also secure, providing safe areas to wander and explore through outdoor courtyards and indoor spaces that do not open outside the community. Staff members are on-site to provide supervision and care 24/7.
Skilled Nursing Care.
Skilled care communities are designed to help people recover and regain quality of life after serious illnesses, surgeries, hospital stays, or injuries. These communities also support seniors with chronic health conditions that require extensive treatment. Skilled Nursing communities offer the most care you can receive outside of a hospital. However, unlike a cold, clinical hospital environment, skilled care communities are warm and homey. Life Enrichment directors come up with creative ways to make sure Skilled Nursing residents still get all of the fun activities and resort-style amenities of Assisted and Independent Living communities.
Hospice Care.
Our Ovation Hospice partner program provides compassionate, Medicare-funded care to help families through one of the most difficult stages of life. We take care of everything, so you don’t have to. Hospice care allows families and loved ones to focus on meaningful connection instead of the stress and uncertainty of end-of-life care. Ovation Hospice strives to provide you and your loved ones peace, comfort, and support throughout this process.
Charitable Giving.
The Stellar Senior Living Foundation gives back to our residents, communities, employees, and local organizations through charitable giving. This foundation has given us a way to support needs within and around our senior living communities.
