We make getting around simple and stress-free. Our community shuttle provides scheduled transportation for medical visits, group outings, and shopping trips to nearby malls and restaurants. We can also assist in coordinating third-party transportation if needed. And of course, family and friends are always welcome to visit!

Our Level 0 Assisted Living offers an independent lifestyle with a safety net, while Assisted Living (Levels 1-8) provides customized support. If more care is ever needed, Memory Care and on-site Skilled Nursing are available, allowing for a seamless transition while staying in a familiar, comfortable environment.

Yes! Bear Creek offers on-site Skilled Nursing for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Many of our Assisted Living community members take advantage of our rehab-to-home program, completing short-term therapy in Skilled Nursing before returning to their apartments. Others appreciate the peace of mind knowing that long-term skilled care is available if ever needed.

Because Skilled Nursing is a separate level of care, it has its own admissions process.

Many of our team members have been here for over a decade—including our Health & Wellness Director (20+ years) and Memory Care Director (15+ years).
