You might still be wondering…
Can we afford Creekside Senior Living?
You might be surprised by how affordable Creekside really is. Many of our community members use their retirement savings or Social Security to cover costs comfortably—and our monthly rates are often similar to what people already spend maintaining their own homes.
By the time you add up utilities, groceries, home maintenance, yard work, housekeeping, and occasional in-home care, the costs at home can quickly match what we include here. At Creekside, it’s all in one predictable monthly rate—plus chef-prepared meals, engaging activities, and friendly faces just down the hall.
How’s the food?
Chef Gary and his team take pride in crafting dishes our community members genuinely look forward to—from the crowd-favorite avocado crab boat to authentic homemade Mexican dishes that some swear are the best in Utah.
Dining hours run from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., so you can eat on your own schedule—no rigid meal times here. And if you get hungry later, the bistro is stocked all day with baked goods, fresh fruit, and coffee. Around the holidays, we host formal Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for families, complete with live music and festive décor.
What kinds of activities and events do you offer?
Life at Creekside has a rhythm all its own—lively, social, and full of fun. You’ll always find something happening, whether it’s Cruise Week (where the building transforms into destinations like Mexico, Britain, and France), Disney Week (with staff costumes and themed treats), or our popular Thirsty Thursday mocktail socials.
Neighbors gather daily in the bistro for games, join in pool tournaments on Saturday mornings, or relax during live musical performances—often led by one of our own community members, a retired music professor. Outside, the courtyard pond is stocked for catch-and-release fishing, and there’s a putting green and walking path for those who love a little sunshine.
What makes Creekside different from other senior & assisted living communities in Provo?
Creekside is the kind of place that surprises people when they walk in. At the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Bountiful, UT, it’s just a minute from the freeway but feels peaceful and tucked away. The building is filled with natural light, laughter, and familiar faces.
What really sets Creekside apart, though, is the senior and assisted living staff. Our 97% retention rate says it all—many team members have been here for years, creating the kind of consistency and warmth you can’t fake.
What’s the atmosphere like day to day?
It’s friendly, genuine, and full of life. Mornings often start with coffee and conversation in the bistro, followed by an exercise class or a scenic drive through the mountains.
Afternoons bring games, laughter, and live music echoing through the halls. You’ll see people waving to one another, chatting in the courtyard, or sharing stories over dessert.
There’s a reason visitors always say, “It just feels different here.”
How does Creekside support independence as needs change?
All apartments at Creekside are licensed for assisted living, which means you can move in while you’re still fully independent and stay right here as your needs evolve. No disruptive moves. No need to start over. Our team adjusts your care as you go, making sure you feel supported but never over-managed.
It’s the best of both worlds—independence with peace of mind.
What’s special about Creekside’s Memory Care?
Families often tell us how different our Memory Care neighborhood feels. The circular layout means staff can always see and help neighbors wherever they are—creating both safety and calm. With just 25 apartments, it’s the perfect size: engaging and social without being overwhelming.
Days here are full and purposeful, with at least ten activities every day, from music and art to gentle exercise and time outdoors on the secure patio overlooking the mountains. It’s designed to feel alive, connected, and deeply human.
Do you host family events or celebrations?
Absolutely. Families are woven into the heart of life at Creekside. We host holiday dinners, concerts, and special events where loved ones are always welcome. Thanksgiving and Christmas are especially popular—and always held before the big day, so as not to disrupt other family plans. These events are complete with beautiful décor, live entertainment, and home-style favorites from Chef Gary.
Who chooses Creekside?
Many of our new community members are longtime Davis County locals—or people returning home after years away. They’re often independent, social, and ready for a lifestyle that’s easier but still their own. Many are drawn by the familiar culture, mountain views, and the warmth that runs through everything here.
The care is full circle here.
The Stellar Living Foundation was created to make generosity a shared experience. Community members, team members, community partners, leadership, and owners all contribute to the circle of care. Whether it’s supporting a staff member through a crisis, helping a community member's grandchild go to college, or giving back to local organizations, the Foundation is how we lift each other up.
Is Creekside the right community for you?
Hi there! I’m Evrett Benton, President & CEO of Stellar Living.
It’s why we’ve worked so hard to build communities where retired adults can enjoy a first-class life and adult children can rest assured that their parents are safe, happy, and involved in their lives, without having to trade being a child for a caregiver. Our ultimate goal is a satisfying solution for everyone.
We look forward to meeting your family!
