Overlake Terrace offers transportation that fits your lifestyle. We have a community bus and town car available for scheduled medical appointments, errands, and group outings. We’re also located near public transportation, and our team is happy to help arrange third-party rides when needed. Family and friends are always welcome to visit, too.

Dining is a highlight at Overlake Terrace. Chef DeCoda has built a strong reputation for meals that are both comforting and consistently well-prepared. Her team focuses on quality, familiarity, and care—earning real appreciation from community members and families alike.

We even use herbs and produce grown in our own courtyard garden—a small but meaningful way we connect food to community.

The bistro is a favorite gathering spot, offering great coffee, tea and fresh pastries throughout the day. It's also one of the most social places in the building—neighbors gather there throughout the day for conversation, casual events, and a familiar sense of rhythm and connection.

We’re not. A public zoning notice led to some confusion, but there are no plans to build elsewhere or relocate. Overlake Terrace has been part of this neighborhood for more than 20 years, and our leadership team remains fully invested in this building and the people who call it home. From apartment updates to new team members, everything we’re doing is focused on strengthening this community—not starting over somewhere else.

Not here. Every apartment at Overlake Terrace is licensed for assisted living, which means you can receive additional support right where you are—without switching rooms or floors. Only those who require secure Memory Care would need to relocate within the community. For everyone else, this is a place where you can truly age in place.

That’s great! Some of our members are still quite independent and just want the peace of mind of knowing help is nearby. Others appreciate the chef-prepared meals, housekeeping support, and social connection, without needing daily assistance. Overlake Terrace allows you to live life your way, with care that adapts if and when you need it.

Apartments at Overlake Terrace are spacious, comfortable, and designed to support both independence and ease. Each one includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, generous storage space, and a roll-in shower for added safety. There’s individually controlled heating, large windows for natural light, and layouts ranging from studios to two-bedroom/two-bath options. Select apartments also offer Signature Suite finish choices—like updated flooring or tile—to make the space feel even more like your own.

Overlake Terrace feels relaxed and close-knit. Some people are social butterflies, while others enjoy their privacy, but everyone looks out for each other. You’ll see neighbors chatting over coffee in the bistro, playing pool on Thursdays, or joining an array of classes just for fun.

Yes! Overlake Terrace is pet-friendly, and we’ve seen firsthand how much joy a furry companion can bring. Many of our community members have pets by their side, and we work with each family to make sure it’s a good fit.
