All-Inclusive Dining

With four welcoming dining rooms and menus designed around real favorites, mealtimes here are a highlight of the day.

  • Independent Living: Daily breakfast plus your choice of lunch or dinner, with the option to add a third meal
  • Assisted Living & Memory Care: Three meals served daily
  • Flexible service: Two-hour dining windows, with takeout and room service available
  • Bistro: Pickup meals available during dining hours, with soup offered at lunchtime
  • Reliable variety: Favorites like hamburgers, grilled chicken, salmon, and filet mignon are always available, with rotating specials to keep things fresh

My mother just moved in and was previously in another independent living facility out of state. The employees here have went above and beyond in so many ways. The food is good and people are friendly, I had looked at several others and felt like it was a “warmer” place. Her apartment is nice and they offer some support when needed if I am unavailable. If you are unsure, I recommend giving The Forum a look– I have already recommended to friends.

We recently moved my elderly parents into an assisted care unit at The Forum and have been very happy with it. Most important my parents are also very happy there! They speak highly of the care givers and really enjoy the food and choices. Their unit is kept very clean by the staff and they seem to understand the needs of my parents. There is ample room for the 2 of them in the one bedroom unit and they are beginning to feel very at home there. I would highly recommend this place to others.

  • Live entertainment, from Elvis tributes to local musicians
  • Dedicated activity assistants in Memory Care
  • Off-leash dog park, library, patio, and a pool with a jacuzzi

You might still be wondering…

Can we afford The Forum at Tucson?

Many people are surprised to learn that living here often costs about the same as staying at home, once you add up all the separate expenses. Rent or mortgage, utilities, groceries, housekeeping, transportation, and even entertainment are included in one predictable monthly rate. It’s a simpler, more reliable way to manage expenses while gaining the peace of mind that support is available if needed.

How do people get around outside the community?

Many Independent Living community members still drive their own cars and appreciate the convenience of covered parking. For those who prefer not to drive, we offer scheduled transportation for medical appointments, shopping, and group outings. Weekly trips include favorites like Mount Lemmon, the casino, and local restaurants. And of course, visits with family and friends are always encouraged.

K
L

How’s the food?

Delicious! Meals feel like a neighborhood restaurant rather than “community dining.” Community members enjoy freshly prepared favorites—like juicy hamburgers, salmon, grilled chicken, and filet mignon—alongside rotating specials. Seasonal feasts and holiday meals are a highlight, and breakfast is a consistent favorite. Families often join because the food here is genuinely worth sharing.

K
L

What kinds of activities can I expect?

Our Life Enrichment Director builds each month’s calendar around what the community requests. Choices range from Zumba and water exercise to arts, games, and movie nights. Outings are popular too, with trips to the casino, Mount Lemmon, and local restaurants. A favorite tradition is the 5:30 a.m. coffee and donut social, started by neighbor request and now drawing a loyal crowd every month.

K
L

What if my needs change after I move in?

That’s the advantage of a continuum of living. You can start in Independent Living, move to Assisted Living if you would like daily support, and transition to Memory Care if needed—all within the same community. Each option includes emergency call systems and 24-hour staff support, so you always have peace of mind.

K
L

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome pets and even added an off-leash dog park with a double-gated entry, perfect for high-energy dogs to play safely. Pets are a lively part of our neighborhood culture.

K
L

What’s the atmosphere like?

People often say they feel the warmth the moment they walk in. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the team is quick to offer a smile or helping hand. The style is more classic than trendy—clean, well cared for, and comfortable. What really stands out is the energy: you’ll find neighbors laughing together at luau parties, singing along at Elvis nights, or catching up over morning coffee.

The care is full circle here.

The Stellar Living Foundation was created to make generosity a shared experience. Community members, team members, community partners, leadership, and owners all contribute to the circle of care. Whether it’s supporting a staff member through a crisis, helping a community member's grandchild go to college, or giving back to local organizations, the Foundation is how we lift each other up.

Is The Forum the right community for you?

Nina Heck Executive Director at Southgate Senior Living St. George Utah Assisted Living and Memory Care

Hi there! I’m Evrett Benton, President & CEO of Stellar Living.

As a family-owned and operated business, we consider each family we serve as an extension of our own.

It’s why we’ve worked so hard to build communities where retired adults can enjoy a first-class life and adult children can rest assured that their parents are safe, happy, and involved in their lives, without having to trade being a child for a caregiver.

Our ultimate goal is a satisfying solution for everyone.

We look forward to meeting yours!
