Becoming an AARP member is one of the best ways to get the most bang for your buck. As of April 2022, membership only costs $12 per year. An AARP membership offers discounts at restaurants, hotels, pharmacies, and more. There are hundreds of benefits, so it’s definitely worth the cost of membership!

This may seem like a no-brainer, but most movie theaters have senior discounts. Some of them might not advertise their discounts, though, so if you aren’t sure, ask the management!
